After hours, weekend and holiday calls do cost more than a weekday visit. If you are a maintenance plan member, you receive a discount on that charge.
Repairs carry a one year guarantee on parts and labor. On installations we include a one year labor warranty and can extend labor coverage up to ten years. Ask us for the options when you get your quote.
Hours and Emergency Service
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for emergency service.
Outside those hours our emergency line is answered, not by voicemail. If your heat is out in January or your air conditioning quits in July, call (816) 258-2056 and you will reach someone who can triage it and get you scheduled.

If your system is over 12 to 15 years old, needs repeated repairs, or uses R-22 refrigerant, replacement usually costs less over time. Under 10 years with a single failed part, repair is almost always the better value. We will show you the failed component and the test readings and give you both prices.

Do you pull permits?
Yes. Every replacement that requires a permit gets one, and we schedule the inspection. Our permit history across the metro is public record.
